Master Dance Teacher, Hodgie Jo will teach “Thriller” on the Pavilion with live music by Mucci. Attendees are encouraged to come in Halloween Costumes.

The Performance Pop-Up series are FREE outdoor presentations that celebrate the depth and variety of Phoenix’s talent and provide high-quality music, dance, and theatrical programming in a safe and welcoming environment.
