Scorpius Dance Theatre presents An Unusual Love Story... David + Lisa. David + Lisa is an intense fairy-tale of sorts that tells of two people who meet in a treatment center of young adults with mental and psychological issues. After a series of events, an unlikely attachment is developed between the volatile individuals. David + Lisa is inspired by the fact-based stage play, and 1960s film. Scorpius is the first to abstract this story into the realm of contemporary dance and original music by Kristofer Hill and Ryan Breen.
